AMAZING PLACE TO STY WITH FAMILY
The place is amazing! We stayed there for three days and wished it could have been longer. The pool is lovely, and the beach is fantastic. Everyone is smiling and friendly, and the staff is exceptionally nice. They deliver exactly what they promise—nothing was missing, and it felt very safe. Highly recommended!
nothing but just small recommendation , it would be perfect if the table in the pool area is free for the guests because there is additional charges for it .

A wonderful place for relaxation for families with children. Wonderful heated pools with water attractions. Wonderful staff, responsive, kind and smiling. Animators, restaurant staff, pool supervisors, groundskeepers are simply excellent! The range of breakfast and dinner in the buffet is very good. There are several shops with a wide assortment in the area - you can safely live and relax without leaving the area :) The area is absolutely safe. Very thoughtful placement. The hotel emphasizes an ecological approach both in waste sorting and rational consumption of energy and water. Available fitness center, kindergarten. Next to the beach. Beds and pillows good and comfortable. The premises are fresh and well maintained. Bed linen and towels in large quantities and are changed as needed.
A lot of mosquitoes. We were all scalded (the hotel had tried very hard to reduce this disadvantage :) - there are many different types of anti-fog products in the local store, it is possible to close the anti-fog nets for all windows. During the evening performances, there was even the impression that mosquito repellents were being sprayed in the concert arena). By mistake, I had not taken into account the area of ​​the room when booking, and it was still too narrow for us, tall people. Before arriving at the campsite, I tried to contact the hotel in writing and ask to change the room to a larger one with a surcharge, but unfortunately I did not receive a response, although during my stay it was clear that all accommodation places were not occupied. During the rain gas, especially at night, it was very noisy, the drops hit the metal roof, rainwater also flowed in the room. Wi-Fi internet was not available during the entire stay.
